Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any program or service from Marivon, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Marivon provides professional, instructor-led educational programs and allocates resources, scheduling, and administrative efforts based on confirmed registrations.

Accordingly, all purchases made through Marivon are generally considered final.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

Unless otherwise expressly stated, payments made to Marivon are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-cancellable

Refunds will generally not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to attend sessions
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Personal or professional commitments
  • Internet or technical issues on the participant’s side
  • Dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations
  • Failure to participate in community activities

Failure to attend a session does not entitle participants to refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Notwithstanding the above, Marivon may, at its sole discretion, consider refund or cancellation requests in exceptional circumstances.

Participants may contact Marivon support and submit their request for review.

Approval or denial of such requests shall be entirely at Marivon’s sole discretion and shall not create any obligation or precedent for future cases.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of a refund or cancellation.

4. Program Cancellation by Marivon

In the event that Marivon cancels a program, batch, or session for operational reasons, participants may, at Marivon’s discretion, be offered one of the following:

  • Transfer to an alternative batch;
  • Rescheduling to a future session; or
  • A full or partial refund.

The remedy offered shall be determined solely by Marivon based on the circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by Marivon, refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.

Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, taxes, or third-party processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
